Healing for the Holidays

The holidays for many are a time of happiness and joy as we gather to spend time with family and friends.  However, for some the holidays can be challenging due to difficult situations or a loss.  This can include divorce, the loss of a relationship, the death of a loved one, or relocating and not being able to spend that special time with family or friends.  This show will focus on ways to help heal during the holidays for those having a hard time coping with painful reminders that holidays may bring.  If you have a question or comment please leave it below or share your story/questions/comments with me by emailing me at: (emails remain anonymous).

I feel people who are going through a challenging situations should surround themselves with family and friends. Don’t be alone. Family can make you feel better.
